Position: Technical Recruiter

Job Requirements:

Qualification: BS (Computer Science/IT) or equivalent

Experience: Fresh/1-2 years US-based IT talent hunting experience (Preferred).

Job Description:

 Responsible for efficient and effective sourcing of top talent from different channels and mediums.

 Ability to work on multiple talent requisitions.

 Work independently on different platforms to source the best talent according to job requirements.

 The role is ongoing and we may extend it as long as you keep bringing the best talent.

 Works with hiring managers to understand job context and human resource needs.

 Employ effective recruitment strategies to attract, recruit top talent with aggressive deadlines.

 Conduct or facilitate in performing job analysis.

 Drive the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to hiring for assigned positions.

 Submit periodic reports to stakeholders to keep them abreast with recruitment status.

Skills:

 Excellent communication English skills (oral and written).

 Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.

 Positive attitude and good learning abilities.

 Good MS Office and basic computing skills. Spreadsheet and data analysis skills would be a plus.

Location: Karachi

Salary: Market Compatible
