Office Administrative / Liaison Officer Required For a leading client in Muscat.Oman
Salary: Equivalent to 150 k PKR

Experience: At least 4-5 year of relevant experience
liaise with the following departments for the respective activities.
- Sales (Primary)
Facilitate the sales department by setting up meeting with potential clients via cold calls.
Responsible for registering the organizations with potential clientele by providing necessary documents required.
Generate Invoice and LPO’s as required and ensure their delivery to necessary external.
Puntually follow-up with clients for pending payments and ensure their timely collection.
- Human Resource
Point of contact for internal stakeholders for various HR quires.
- Office Administration:
Management and procurement of office Materials.
Liaise various department with general administration activities.
Noted: Candidate would be charged a total Fees of 35 k as services charges once he is shortlisted by the company
