Youth Impact is looking for Manager Finance & Operations for its Islamabad Office with the below details. Requirements: • 5+ years of Project Management & Financial Management experience in Development Sector, preferred experience with US based projects. • Minimum bachelors degree in Finance or relevant field • Flexible to work in office base as well as field based setting and open to travel for work. • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Must have leadership skills required for the role. Responsibilities: 1. Develop Operations, Finance, Procurement and HR Policies. 2. Ensure implementation of project as per the policies and guidelines by the donor 3. Responsible for Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Procurement, Vendor Management and Internal Control Systems. 4. Design financial reporting of the project, control finances, plan procurement, manage contracts & vendor management and provide training to subordinates. It’s a project based position from March 2020 – September 2021. With a remuneration of Rs. 100K – 120K per month (based on relevant experience).
