Position: Payroll Administrator

Location: Karachi and Lahore Experience: 1 to 2 Years

Education: MBA – HR

Requirements: · Compiling payroll data, such as attendance, overtime, daily allowances, etc. from attendance sheets and other records. · Managing the attendance and leaves of the employees and to ensure that the same is incorporated in payroll. · Preparing and processing of monthly payrolls for different clients as per agreed SLAs and within defined TAT. · Processing of Full & Final Settlements and Gratuity of resigned employees as per policy. · Providing effective orientation & training to the employees to maintain the quality of outsourcing services and to make employees familiar with their role and responsibilities in order to perform duties efficiently and effectively. · Assisting the recruitment team to carry out the recruitment process while meeting the requirements of clients · Facilitating in ex-employees’ employment verification process.
