We are looking for
Telephony Engineer – with minimum 3 years of experience in the same capacity.

The resource will be required to do the following

Providing Level 1/2 support to end users
Asterisk PBX Management
Call Center Management(Queue Creation/Dialplan Creation & Management/Agents creation)
Troubleshooting Calls related issues(Routing issues/Voice issues/Disconnection Causes)
Joining conference calls/bridges etc.
