Job Description
Position Overview:
Stylo is seeking a Brand Manager to develop and execute a unified brand strategy that reinforces the company’s corporate identity and expands market presence. The selected candidate will drive strategic communications, public relations, CSR initiatives, and internal branding efforts to ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with organizational values.
As the voice of the company across all public-facing platforms, the Brand Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to:
- Amplify brand impact
- Boost engagement
- Enhance Stylo’s reputation in both consumer and employer markets
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee brand strategy
- Align brand initiatives with organizational goals and values
- Manage internal and external brand communications
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, PR, and HR teams
- Monitor brand performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure consistent visual and verbal brand messaging
Education Requirements: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience Requirements:
- 6–7 years of experience in Brand Management, Public Relations, or Communications
