Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff (servers, hosts, bartenders)
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure service excellence
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
• Create staff schedules and manage payroll processing
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and special promotions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase profitability
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a hotel or upscale dining establishment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations and food service standards
• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control measures
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software
