Overall Responsibilities
The Administration Officer is pivotal to ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day business operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and managing all general administrative operations and office logistics.
- Managing procurement processes and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Ensuring proper facility maintenance for a safe and functional work environment.
- Handling accurate documentation and record-keeping.
- Providing comprehensive support to employees regarding administrative services.
- Utilizing a strong understanding of procurement and facility management best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Minimum Graduation, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in administrative or operations support roles.
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or corporate environment is preferred.
- Background in the paint or a related industry (e.g., chemicals, lubricants) is an advantage.
