Job Description
Job Summary:
The HR Officer will provide comprehensive support in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Support the performance management process.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the respective HR role (Recruitment, Payroll, or General HR) is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with relevant qualifications and a strong desire to build a career in HR are also encouraged to apply.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- For Payroll Officer: Understanding of payroll software and principles is essential.
