Job Description

Job Summary:
The HR Officer will provide comprehensive support in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and HR administration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Support the performance management process.
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Support in organizing employee engagement activities.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the respective HR role (Recruitment, Payroll, or General HR) is preferred.
  • Fresh candidates with relevant qualifications and a strong desire to build a career in HR are also encouraged to apply.

 

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • For Payroll Officer: Understanding of payroll software and principles is essential.
