Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead International HR professional at the AGM level. This role is responsible for managing and standardizing all HR functions across our global offices, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy while complying with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for international offices, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and compliance.
- Develop and standardize HR policies across all overseas locations to ensure consistency and alignment with corporate strategy and local labor laws.
- Collaborate with Finance and Overseas Directors on manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational design.
- Oversee expatriate and mobility programs, managing visa processing, onboarding, and benefits administration for international staff.
- Lead and support HR digitalization initiatives, including the implementation and integration of HRIS/ERP systems.
- Leverage IT knowledge to support data integration and digital HR projects (an added advantage).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: MBA with a major in HR from a prestigious institution.
- Preferred Background: O-Level / A-Level educational background is highly preferred.
- Experience: Significant experience in a senior international HR role, with a proven track record in the responsibilities listed above.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems and other digital HR platforms.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
