About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic General Manager of Human Resources to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who can develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, particularly in the areas of talent management, organizational development, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Champion a "people-first" culture, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
- Oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, career development, succession planning, and retention.
- Manage the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure hassle-free process and compliance with all labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Lead the organizational development and training functions to support continuous employee growth and process improvement.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Utilize HR metrics to drive decision-making and report on HR performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing environment (textile preferred).
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
