Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Operator to join our team at the corporate office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and operating computer systems, with a strong focus on ERP software, to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor computer systems and hardware.
• Perform data entry and processing tasks with high accuracy.
• Manage and work extensively within the company's ERP system.
• Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as required by different departments.
• Ensure the security and integrity of data.
• Troubleshoot routine hardware and software problems and coordinate with IT support for complex issues.
• Perform other related administrative and operational IT tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: Graduation or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Must have hands-on experience with an ERP system. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
