Job Description

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
    • Equivalent experience in the retail industry will be considered.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 5+ years of total experience in FMCG, Apparel, or Retail.
    • At least 2+ years of this experience must be in a management role.
  • Profile:
    • A results-driven sales leader with a proven focus on revenue growth, team performance, and operational precision.

 

Job Description

The Retail Manager will be responsible for leading store operations to achieve exceptional business results. Key duties include:

  • Sales & Strategy: Execute sales strategies to exceed targets and optimize sell-through.
  • Store Operations: Manage all aspects of store operations including stock management, shrinkage control, cleanliness, and visual merchandising (VM).
  • Financial Management: Optimize resources and support EBITA through the use of smart tools and efficient staff scheduling.
  • Team Leadership & Performance:
    • Track KPIs and analyze performance data.
    • Coach, train, and develop the store team to boost performance and employee engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless stock flow and maintain operational excellence.
