About the Role:

Madina Cash & Carry is seeking motivated and responsible Floor Supervisors to join our growing team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store floor, leading our staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily floor operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Supervise, guide, and support floor staff to maintain high levels of performance and morale.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain attractive and well-organized stock displays, planograms, and product placements.
• Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor and coordinate with the stock team for smooth and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate effectively with various store departments (e.g., inventory, checkout, security) to ensure seamless store functioning.
• Uphold store safety, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience in a retail, supermarket, or Cash and Carry environment is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
