Job Purpose:
To supervise the daily activities of the traffic operations team, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of passengers, baggage, and aircraft on the ramp.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise ground staff during aircraft turnaround, including loading/unloading, baggage handling, and pushback operations.
• Ensure all ramp activities comply with safety and security standards.
• Monitor flight schedules and allocate staff and resources effectively to meet on-time performance targets.
• Conduct briefings and training for ground staff on standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with the flight crew, cabin crew, and air traffic control for a seamless operation.
• Investigate and report any operational irregularities or incidents.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree. Additional certification in Aviation is highly desirable.
• 3-4 years of experience in airline traffic or ramp operations.
• Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory capacity is required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and relevant airport driving permits.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
