Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and motivated Supervisors to oversee field operations for our HVAC projects in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and proven supervisory experience to ensure the successful execution of service and installation tasks, adhering to Daikin's high standards of quality and safety.

 

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Supervision & Execution:

  • Directly supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of field technicians and crews at project sites.
  • Ensure all HVAC installation and service work is performed correctly, efficiently, and in compliance with company protocols and safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during field operations.

Team Management:

  • Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, and monitor the performance of the field team.
  • Mentor and train junior technicians to enhance their skills and ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Foster a collaborative, safe, and productive on-site work environment.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Implement and enforce strict safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a zero-harm workplace.
  • Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and team attendance.

Client Interaction & Reporting:

  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing professional updates.
  • Report daily progress, challenges, and resource needs to the Operations Manager.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional conduct and quality service delivery.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

  • DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineer) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in field supervision.
  • Experience in HVAC service or installation is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and delivering projects on time.

 

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems, tools, and installation/service procedures.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a technical team effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve technical and operational issues on-site.
  • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for team coordination and client interaction.
  • Safety Consciousness: In-depth knowledge of and commitment to workplace safety standards.
