Job Summary:
The Manager of Nursing is responsible for leading and directing the nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of patient care. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and fostering a culture of clinical excellence and professional development within the nursing department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation of nursing staff.
• Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety goals.
• Manage the nursing department's budget and resources efficiently.
• Act as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff, promoting continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and other department heads to coordinate patient care and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Valid RN license from the Pakistan Nursing Council.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of clinical experience with at least 5 years in a nursing leadership or supervisory role.
