Job Summary:
The Payroll Officer will ensure accurate and timely processing of company payroll. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality in handling employee compensation data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
- Calculate overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations and tax laws.
- Prepare payroll reports for management.
- Address and resolve employee queries regarding payroll.
