Job Summary:
The Security Manager is tasked with developing and implementing security protocols to ensure the safety and protection of patients, staff, visitors, and hospital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Manage a team of security personnel, including scheduling and training.
• Monitor security systems (CCTV, access control) and patrols.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits of the facility.
• Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in security management, ideally in a hospital or large public facility.
• Retired armed forces or police officer with leadership experience may be considered.
