Job Description

Job Summary:
The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a high-quality talent pool.
  • Manage job postings across various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand their hiring needs.
  • Manage the interview scheduling and candidate communication process.
  • Facilitate the offer and onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
