Job Summary:
The MIS Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of all hospital information systems, including electronic health records (EHR), networking, and hardware, to support clinical and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation, maintenance, and security of all hospital software and hardware systems.
• Lead the IT support team to ensure minimal downtime and efficient problem resolution.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, cybersecurity, and compliance with data protection laws.
• Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in healthcare.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare information systems (e.g., HMIS, ERP) is essential.
