Job Description

The Senior Executive - Omni Management will be responsible for seamlessly integrating our online and offline operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage overall omni-channel operations to ensure the smooth execution of online and offline orders.
• Coordinate closely with all physical stores for timely order processing and fulfillment.
• Oversee order reconciliation with courier partners, ensuring accuracy in delivery and returns data.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Department for the monthly financial reconciliation of omni-channel orders.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve operational discrepancies related to order status, payment, or delivery.
• Support and contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience across all channels.
