About the Role:

We are seeking a determined and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Architectural Coatings department. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and driving sales growth through strategic market engagement and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the architectural coatings market.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather insights and inform strategy.
• Acquire new clients and manage relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Promote the Kaizen Paint brand through regular market visits and customer engagement.

• Prepare and present reports on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to management.

   

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Minimum graduation required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience: At least 2 years of business development experience in the paints, chemicals, lubricants, or related industries.
