• Minimum graduation; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• An MBA is a plus.

Experience:

• 2 - 4 years of work experience in sales within the paint industry or a relevant sector.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance dealer relationships by delivering personalized sales support.
• Execute all sales processes efficiently, including order and payment processing, inventory management, and material delivery.
• Achieve set sales targets and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Coordinate colour schemes and maintain up-to-date sales displays at dealer points.
• Ensure accurate application of discounts and meticulous maintenance of dealer ledgers.
• Provide timely and accurate sales information to both dealers and the company.
