Qualification:

• Minimum graduation; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• An MBA is a plus.

Experience:

• 4 – 6 years of sales experience in the Architectural Coatings department within the paints industry or a related sector (e.g., chemicals, lubricants).

Overall Responsibilities:

• Drive sales, expand market share, and maintain excellent customer relationships in the designated area.
• Manage and develop the dealer network.
• Supervise and lead the sales team.
• Execute area-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure a seamless connection between regional strategy and local market execution.
