About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and analytical Manager – Inventory Control to oversee and manage our company’s inventory levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing inventory tracking systems, reviewing levels of raw materials and finished goods, and creating detailed reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and optimize stock levels.
• Apply people-first principles by leading, training, and mentoring the inventory control team.
• Oversee daily inventory operations, including storage, distribution, and cycle counting.
• Ensure hassle-free process and quality compliance by coordinating with production, procurement, and warehouse departments.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance inventory turnover and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular audits and prepare reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and adjustments.
• Manage inventory software systems and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
