About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Production to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic production plans, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. This is a key leadership role critical to driving operational excellence and supporting our future growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Develop and execute monthly and annual production plans to meet sales and operational targets.
• Assess and plan production capacity, resources, and infrastructure for both short- and long-term needs.
• Identify and address capacity gaps through strategic planning and capital investment.

Operational Excellence:

• Optimize production runs to reduce changeovers and minimize conversion costs.
• Implement and manage Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure "First Time Right" production with a strong focus on minimizing waste and reprocessing.
• Optimize resource utilization and control production costs within approved budgets.

Supply Chain & Inventory Management:

• Maintain optimal stock levels across all SKUs to prevent sales loss
