Position Overview

We are looking for skilled and dedicated HVAC Technicians to join our field operations team in Islamabad. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services on a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding Daikin's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Commissioning:

• Execute the installation, start-up, and commissioning of residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems according to Daikin standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Ensure all installations are neat, professional, and fully operational.

Service & Maintenance:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC/R equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct system diagnostics to identify issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently.

Troubleshooting & Repairs:

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC/R systems using appropriate tools and testing equipment.
• Repair or replace defective components, such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and control boards.

Compliance & Safety:

• Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and industry regulations at all times.
• Handle refrigerants responsibly and in compliance with environmental laws and regulations.

Customer Service & Documentation:

• Interact with customers professionally, explaining work performed and providing helpful advice.
• Complete service reports, installation documentation, and time sheets accurately and on time.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineer) or Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Electrical fields.

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in the installation, servicing, and repair of air conditioning systems.
• Experience with Daikin products is a strong advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Technical Skills: Proficient understanding of HVAC/R systems, components, and electrical circuits.
• Troubleshooting: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment (e.g., multimeters, gauges).
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and at heights.
• Teamwork & Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
