Job Summary:
The Radiology Manager ensures the efficient and safe operation of the radiology department, including diagnostic imaging, MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray services. This role focuses on quality assurance, technological advancement, and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all technical, administrative, and operational aspects of the radiology department.
• Ensure all imaging equipment is properly maintained and meets safety standards.
• Oversee radiologists, technologists, and support staff, ensuring high-quality diagnostic results.
• Implement quality control programs and ensure compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Stay abreast of and integrate new imaging technologies and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Relevant professional certification and registration.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in radiology, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
