Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Engineer to oversee and coordinate our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless production during designated shifts, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving continuous improvement to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily manufacturing operations on the shop floor.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production problems and implement effective corrective actions.
• Ensure continuous production flow and adherence to production schedules.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to optimize machine performance and product quality.
• Monitor production metrics and implement strategies for efficiency improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies.
