Key Responsibilities

• Undergo an extensive training program to understand company products, after-sales processes, and customer service protocols.
• Assist in providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
• Learn to analyze customer issues and contribute to developing effective solutions.
• Support the after-sales team in reporting, documentation, and communication with clients.
• Develop a strong understanding of product lifecycle support and service engineering.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in a relevant discipline.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
