About the Role
Join Be Energy as a Regional Manager – Retail and take the lead in driving growth and excellence across our retail network in Multan. You will be responsible for inspiring a large team and shaping the future of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and coach a team of Territory Managers across 100+ fuel stations.
- Deliver Growth: Drive sales, volume, and profitability targets while expanding our retail presence.
- Shape the Network: Identify and develop new sites aligned with our business strategy.
- Ensure Excellence: Maintain top-tier service, brand, and safety standards across the network.
- Drive Innovation: Launch digital and market initiatives for future-ready operations.
- Build Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with dealers, franchisees, and external partners for long-term network success.
- Lead by Example: Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience in a reputable organization.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required; a Master’s Degree will be preferred.
