Job Summary:
The Manager of Facility Management is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all hospital buildings, grounds, and engineering systems. This role ensures a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical hospital systems.
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and respond to facility-related emergencies.
• Lead and supervise the facility maintenance team, security, and housekeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage contracts with external vendors and service providers.
• Plan and oversee renovation projects and space management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a hospital or large healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and safety protocols.
