Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent.

Experience:

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in technical and CAPEX procurement within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of engineering spares, CAPEX equipment, maintenance services, and factory consumables.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing while maintaining technical compliance, supplier performance, and alignment with plant operations.
• Source mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic spares for machinery and utility systems.
• Oversee procurement of MRO items (lubricants, tools, safety gear, and general factory consumables).
• Support engineering and project teams in capital equipment procurement (e.g., machinery, utility systems, packaging lines).
• Float RFQs, conduct techno-commercial evaluations, and negotiate with vendors for CAPEX projects.
• Coordinate with OEMs and stakeholders regarding specifications, delivery, installation, and commissioning.
• Manage service providers for equipment maintenance, calibration, fabrication, civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
• Handle Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/MM preferred).
