Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle efficiently.
• Monitor performance of registered vendors; identify, evaluate, and register new vendors to explore better procurement opportunities.
• Assist in inventory management optimization by assigning appropriate levels and identifying slow-moving items.
• Track and monitor purchase budgets, and coordinate with end users for effective budget utilization.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Capable of handling tasks efficiently under high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Education: BSc Mechanical Engineering with Minimum 3.00 CGPA
• Experience: Fresh to 2 years of relevant experience.
