Nature of Engagement: Assignment-based (experts will be engaged by procuring agencies to serve as independent members on various committees)

Committees to Serve On:

• Bid Evaluation Committee
• Grievance Redressal Committee
• Third-Party Validation Committee
• Inspection Committee
• Disposal Committee

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Must possess a minimum of 16 years of formal education or professional certification in one of the following disciplines:
  • Procurement, Supply Chain / Logistics Management
  • Engineering & Technology - All disciplines
  • Energy and Power Sectors
  • Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence
  • Law - All disciplines
  • Health / Medical Sciences
  • Environmental Sciences
  • Physical Sciences
  • Business Education
  • Accounting / Financial Sciences
  • Management Sciences
  • Any other field directly related to procurement processes.
• Experience: Minimum ten (10) years post-qualification experience in the relevant field. Professional certification and/or licensing from recognized professional bodies is mandatory.
• Preference: Individuals with demonstrated experience in procurement, contract management, or supply chain/logistics will be given preference.

Remuneration:
Remuneration will be paid by the borrowing procuring agency as per PPRA-prescribed limits.
