Education Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree with preference to Bachelors in Special Education having sign language expertise.

SODA/CODA Interpreters having Bachelor's Degree are encouraged to apply.

Experience & Competencies:

Excellent customer service & customer-centric approach.

Interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking systems, preferred.

Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
