Job Summary:
Al Meezan Investment Management Limited is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join its team as Call Center Officers. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving complaints efficiently, and guiding clients with investment-related information. The selected candidates must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
