Job Description

Job Summary:

Al Meezan Investment Management Limited is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join its team as Call Center Officers. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving complaints efficiently, and guiding clients with investment-related information. The selected candidates must be flexible to work in rotational shifts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Provide accurate information regarding investment solutions
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service
     

Job Specifications:

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a relevant role (experience in Financial Services or Mutual Funds preferred)
  • Shifts: Rotation
