Job Description:

  • Conduct branch visits to evaluate service performance against established standards.
  • Serve as a Service Ambassador, assisting branches in delivering service excellence.
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes and policies to enhance the overall customer experience.
     
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
     
  • Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
  • Qualification in Islamic finance will be preferred.
