Company Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager – Production to lead our Cut to Pack operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in garment manufacturing and a strong ability to manage production workflows, optimize efficiency, and ensure quality standards across all production stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the complete Cut to Pack production process
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor production KPIs and enforce compliance with quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including planning, quality, and supply chain
• Lead, mentor, and motivate large production teams to achieve operational excellence
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to company policies and customer requirements
   

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (must be a graduate)
• Experience: 12–15 years of relevant experience in the garment manufacturing industry, with a strong background in managing large-scale production operations
