Role Overview:

Hascol Petroleum Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager for its Sukkur region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets
• Manage and expand the customer base in the Sukkur region
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and business partners
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management (oil & gas or petroleum industry preferred)
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a regional team
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
