Malak Beauty and Fashion SMC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Warehouse professional to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations, stock accuracy, and timely order dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and dispatch stock items efficiently
• Perform daily stock counts and help maintain inventory accuracy
• Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and stock tracking
• Monitor inventory levels and prepare timely reports
• Conduct regular audits and physical stock verifications
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time
• Coordinate with logistics and transport teams for smooth deliveries
• Maintain records including GRNs, invoices, and transfer notes
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations to align stock with business needs
• Identify and resolve inventory or operational discrepancies proactively
   

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory-related role
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with warehouse software or ERP systems is a plus
• A proactive, detail-focused team player
