Job Purpose
The Junior Manager – Operations (Home Care) will play a key role in driving operational excellence within the manufacturing function. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional to contribute to high-impact projects, build engineering capability, and help shape Unilever’s end-to-end supply chain strategy in Home Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SOPs across factory functions to enhance efficiency and governance
- Identify and explore opportunities for low-cost automation in manufacturing processes
- Monitor and optimize utility consumption across factory operations
- Contribute to refining the manufacturing strategy in alignment with Home Care supply chain objectives
- Develop and maintain real-time monitoring systems for manufacturing KPIs
- Assist in identifying and evaluating alternative fuel sources for cost and energy optimization
Who We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Fresh graduates in Engineering (all disciplines welcome to apply)
- Candidates with 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing setup will be given preference
Skills & Competencies
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with data analysis and performance monitoring tools
