Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shift Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring sales targets are met, and leading the in-store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise store operations during assigned shifts
• Monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving sales targets
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
• Coordinate with inventory and visual merchandising teams for stock and display management
• Prepare and analyze sales and operational reports
• Support implementation of retail strategies and promotional campaigns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
   

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in fashion retail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus
• Ability to lead teams and multitask effectively under pressure
