KEY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience in Ice Cream Parlour or food service management, preferably within the ice cream industry.

Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Hands-on experience in inventory control, cash handling, and daily operational reporting.

Solid understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.

Skilled in maintaining product quality, equipment upkeep, and resolving operational challenges efficiently.
