Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager - HR to lead Organizational Development (OD) initiatives, Training & Development programs, and Compensation & Benefits strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping company culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring HR practices align with business goals and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizational Development (OD):
- Drive OD initiatives to strengthen company culture, improve engagement, and enhance business effectiveness.
Support workforce planning and succession management by identifying critical roles and development pathways.
- Training & Development:
- Assess training needs and manage end-to-end learning programs, including planning, delivery, and evaluation.
Collaborate with leaders to ensure skill development aligns with organizational objectives.
- Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee C&B practices to ensure market competitiveness, fairness, and policy compliance.
- Job Description (JD) Management:
Work with department heads to create and maintain up-to-date JDs, ensuring role clarity and alignment with organizational structure.
- Policy & Compliance:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of HR policies that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and local labor laws.
- Employee Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and support for line managers.
- HR Projects:
- Participate in cross-functional projects, including policy updates, communication strategies, and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in OD, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and JD formulation.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and strategic HR practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
