Iqra University is inviting applications from qualified and motivated professionals for the position of Odoo Developer – ERP. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in enhancing academic and administrative systems through customized ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, customize, and develop new Odoo modules tailored to academic and administrative needs
• Integrate third-party applications such as payment gateways and Power BI
• Build and maintain dynamic reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of ERP systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for application testing, deployment, and support
   

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline from a recognized institution
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (preferably with versions 15–18)
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in XML, QWeb, and JavaScript
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and comfortable working in Linux environments
• Sound understanding of the Odoo Framework and its MVC-like architecture

Familiarity with educational workflows and processes will be a plus
