Job Description
Role Summary:
Zindagi Trust is seeking a well-organized and courteous individual to manage the front desk of the school and provide administrative support. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and handle phone calls
- Maintain visitor logs and manage correspondence
- Support scheduling, filing, and data entry tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and internal staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (experience in a school or NGO preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
- Proficiency in MS Office
