Role Overview:

Sana Salt is hiring an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations to oversee inventory control, dispatch, and end-to-end warehouse processes. This role requires a strong background in warehouse management, along with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations efficiently
• Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and timely dispatch
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff
• Monitor and improve warehouse productivity and performance
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments
   

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Familiarity with warehouse software/systems is a plus
