Job Description
Role Overview:
Gourmet Pakistan is seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – Store to manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials used in production. This role involves inventory control, staff supervision, and coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth operations in a mechanical store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material availability
- Supervise and train store staff to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage stock rotation and enforce FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field (preferred)
- 5–6 years of experience in retail or industrial store management (mechanical store preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical components and tools
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office
